Welcome to our collection of educational and entertainment applications (including apps such as "Alefba", "Riazi", etc.). Providing a safe, educational, and entertaining environment for children is our top priority. We are highly committed to protecting your personal information, and under no circumstances will it be used for commercial, political, or third-party exploitation.

By registering, purchasing a subscription, and using any of our applications, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Part 1: Terms of Service

1. Registration and Subscription: To access the features and content of our applications, registration and purchasing a subscription are required. By creating an account and buying a subscription, you declare that you have read and accepted all clauses of this agreement.

2. Age-Appropriate & Safe Content: Across our suite of apps, we provide visual stories, audio stories, and educational content suitable for children under 10 years old. All content has been carefully reviewed and categorized into specific age groups. We guarantee that there is absolutely no scary, violent, sexual, abusive, racist, or anti-child content in our applications.

3. Subscription-Based and Ad-Free: Our services are provided on a subscription basis. To ensure a safe psychological environment for children and to keep them focused on learning and having fun, our apps are 100% ad-free. We do not use third-party advertising networks (such as AdMob). Therefore, parents do not need to worry about inappropriate or unwanted ads interrupting their child's experience.

4. Offline Mode: For your peace of mind, our apps support offline functionality. Parents can disconnect the device from the internet after downloading the content and hand it to their children safely.

5. Intellectual Property Rights: The material and intellectual property of all content within our apps belongs exclusively to the developer. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, or use of this content outside our applications is strictly prohibited and legally prosecutable. We reserve the right to ban the accounts of violating users.

6. Changes to the Agreement: We reserve the right to modify or update this agreement at any time. Users are required to review this agreement periodically. We also reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing and modify service features as needed to improve our products.

Part 2: Privacy Policy

1. Information Collection and Use: To manage subscriptions and provide a better experience, we request very limited information during registration, specifically a phone number (without verification). This information is securely stored. We will never share, sell, or provide user data to advertising services or unauthorized third parties.

2. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance): We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information directly from children. It is assumed that parents or legal guardians install the apps, complete the registration and payment processes, and then hand the device to the child. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately so we can remove it from our servers.

3. Child Safety and Interactions: To ensure maximum safety, children (users) cannot interact directly, chat, exchange personal information, post comments, or view the profiles of other children within our apps. Additionally, our apps do not track, collect, or share your or your child's physical location (GPS data).

4. Third-Party Services: Our applications use standard third-party analytics services to help us understand how the apps are used and how we can improve them. Specifically, we use Google Analytics.
